No taxes included - any Federal, State, or Local taxes will be for your account.

No Bond consideration is included on this quote. 

Prices are based on supplying sizes and quantities listed above; should the vary, prices are subject to change. Price may be withdrawn prior to our written acceptance of written purchase order. Price in effect at the time of order acceptance will apply. 

We reserve the right to refuse or re-quote partial orders and the right to withdraw or adjust the quote at any time prior to our written acceptance of a written purchase order. It is our understanding that this quote is being offered for your consideration and that is only considered in its entirety. This quotation is non-binding, and any modification of the quotation on terms herein must be in written form and confirmed.

We cannot be held responsible for strikes; mill breakdowns; availability or delays of trucks, railcars, or barges; or acts of God. Trucks are Non Union. ALSASEGO LLC will not accept back charges, liquidated or consequential damages of any kind resulting from delays caused by forces out of its control.
